Baxter progresses fast!
Following on from the last update, Captain Baxter now has a set of drivers, the first set of con rods, and it's chimney and dome/ Safety valves. Next up, will be the smoke box dart, hand rails, in cab features, cylinders, and then the buffers, and other areas that need to be completed.

H class progresses, Captain Baxter is revived!
Following on from our last update on the SE&CR Wainwright H class, the Chimney, Dome, and Safety Valve bonnet have been completed. with the cab windows to follow soon.
As seen in the photo to the right, Captain Baxter has been restarted. the next few days will see it's buffer beams, springs, safety valve/ dome, and chimney completed, as well as the smokebox. From then onwards, the in cab parts, and whistle will be started.
In addition to the two steam engines being worked on, we have started to work on some of the rolling stock for the bluebell pack. With thanks to TheBluebellModelRailway, we have obtained the meshes for the four Chesham coaches, of which we shall be altering them to clear up any face errors, and eventually get them in game. With the use of these, we have been able to create Metropolitan Jubilee Coach No.353, which will be released seperatley. To go with the chesham coaches in the pack, the three Chatham four wheelers are also being worked on. Semi saloon 3360 (as seen below the image of Captian Baxter), all 3rd 3188, and brake 3rd 3068 (currently in real life running as LCDR no.114). It is our intention to replace the four LBSCR Craven coaches with these, as they are currently simpler to make, as they all use the same shape, length, and chassis'.
Below, are samples of the the H class, as it is currently, and the Jubilee coach as it was last week.

SE&CR H Class begins to take shape
As posted on our Facebook page, we have been working on a mystery loco.
The loco in question is an SE&CR H class, of which it will eventually become the sole preserved member of the class No.263, as preserved on the Bluebell Railway.
We will eventually be releasing the SE&CR variant in an SE&CR locomotive pack, consisting of a C class, No.592, O1 No.65, and D class No.737, as well as the H class, No.263.
In the mean time, we shall be releasing it in an SR, and BR pack, featuring multiple members of the class, ranging from, livery wise, SR green, SR black, BR black with BRITISH RAILWAYS in the side tanks, BR early crest, and BR late crest. As well as the Push-Pull fitted variant.

Headboards have been started !
Bluebell Special Headboard
With the addition of specific locomotive being created in due course, I.e. Stepney, Fenchurch, Bluebell, etc, we have decided that, not only will they have scripting, similar to that of Digital Traction' Bulleids and Standard 4mt's, but, the addition to have a headboard for each corresponding locomotive. Stepney; Stepney Special, Fenchurch Fenchurch Special, and Bluebell; Bluebell Special. Also, with other locomotives, will be headboards such as The Wealden Rambler, Santa Special, Autumn Tints Special, The Bluebell Express, among others.

Delays
Hi all,
On behalf of all the team, I appologise for the lack of updates. Real life has caught up with all of us.
The Scenario Pack; Trestrol Trouble, will now not be available until the Class 37 addon Pack is back on Steam, also due to the fact that testing of the first two scenarios has not been completed yet. When the pack is ready for release, we shall let everyone know.
Cheers,
Nathan

Please note that the model being made is (currently) 323's 1990's Guise with Nameplates. The Railworks model will be of the 323 in her Current Livery of Bluebell Blue with printed names and logo.

Loco modelling Updates - 16/12/2011
Hello all, Nathan here, just letting you all know that I've been working on another loco whilst some complications with 488 have occurred. The loco in question has already been made but is apart of a pack available on steam, however, This loco is going to be a free ware one as compensation for the delay to 488.
Problems with 488:
Whilst doing an unrostered cleaners turn a few weekends ago, one of the other cleaners, who keeps 488 clean too, pointed out that the model looks squashed and a bit out of proportion. The model is now being redone to a higher standard than before.

Project 488 - Progress Report
So, It is now reviled, on the Bluebell Railway's News Blog, that LSWR Adams Radial tank No.488 will be the sites first model.
It is hoped that the model will be available to purchase, with 50% of the funds made going to the overhaul of the loco's boiler and the other 50% going to the NEP, within the next few weeks or so, hopefully within the next month at the most.
Progress at current:
Loco body - 90%
Chassis - 5%
Animation - 0%
Exportation - 0%
Sound effects - 0%
overall progress - 32.5%
More news soon
